To promote and foster the use of the BIRT technology in the French-speaking Swiss IT market, ReportingSoft SA recently started a series of BIRT training sessions.
These training sessions are for all professional IT employees, wishing to enhance their IT knowledge and skills in reporting, BIRT and Business Intelligence.
Actuate Corporation is an American software company specialized in the areas of reporting, data analysis and customer communication, acquired by OpenText in 2015. Actuate is the founder and co-director of the "open source" Eclipse BIRT project. BIRT is known for rich and attractive data visualization presentations.
These sessions cover all aspects of developing a report template (or report model) with BIRT Designer, as well as generating a report in various formats via the BIRT Engine.

Prerequisites
No BIRT knowledge is required to attend this training. Knowledge of SQL and programming concepts will help you to understand the advanced BIRT topics.
